Scholarship information:
HITEC scholars who qualify for admission are eligible for institutional scholarships starting at $25,000 annually per student. In addition, Illinois tech will match HITEC's scholarship amount awarding up to $5,000 to help launch HITEC scholars' education at Illinois Tech.
Application process:
- Submit your Illinois Tech application. If you are using the Common App the deadline is February 1. Illinois Tech also offers a few full-tuition scholarships with a priority deadline of November 15 for students to be eligible to be considered for them and students should apply under Early Action or Early Decision. Please note that all applicants are required to submit official transcripts as part of the application process, AND if selected by IIT you are not able to combine a full-tuition scholarships with the HITEC scholarship. - Submit your HITEC scholarship application by the deadline (applications are closed for 2024). If you are selected for the HITEC scholarship, Illinois Tech will adjust your scholarship award to reflect the institutional scholarship and match to help support your education. Please note that Illinois Tech institutional scholarships are applicable towards tuition only unless otherwise noted.
